Letter from Robert Cormier to Ann Brndiar 26 October 1996

The addressee, Ms. Brndiar, appears to have been a Connecticut teacher who was facing a censorship challenge. Cormier shared some of his thoughts about whether, when, and if  he deemed  The Chocolate War as fitting reading material for 8th graders. His reply is nuanced and, at this point, he has developed handouts that he sent as enclosures.
